The AB-1150 Abrasion Tester has a very high correlation with product results in evaluating the wear resistance of tires, belts, soles, etc. A grindstone is used as the abrasive wheel , and the ring-shaped rubber test piece is brought into contact with the outer circumference of the wheel, and the test piece is worn by the slip generated by the speed difference. An air cylinder is used to load the test piece, enabling stable load control.
