The disc fatigue tester is a tester that repeatedly applies compressive deformation and tensile deformation alternately at high speed to rubber test pieces in each of which a fiber cord or steel cord is embedded. Test pieces are attached between two opposing discs, and the test pieces are compressed, stretched, and deformed by rotating the disc axis at an angle. Generally, after this test, the adhesive strength (pulling force) between the rubber and the cord is measured. The number of test pieces that can be tested simultaneously is 24.
