The BPA (Blow Point Analyzer) minimizes the cure time of rubber and is effective for managing the cure process of products such as tires, belts, and anti-vibration rubber.
It is useful for improving productivity, reducing energy, and improving product characteristics such as wear resistance and durability.
The principle is to use a wedge-shaped mold, measure the temperature during the vulcanization process, obtain the thermal diffusion constant, and then obtain the blow point (the shortest equivalent cure time without a bubble) from the activation energy obtained in advance and the bubble limit point inside the sample after vulcanization.
