The AB-1165 / 1154 Lambourn wear testers are improved and developed models of the AB-1150 that complies with JIS / ISO standards. By changing the abrasive wheel from the conventional grindstone to sandpaper attached aluminum wheel and by changing the dusting agent from carborundum to talc, it is possible to prevent the change in the diameter of the abrasive wheel and keep the abrasive surface condition stable, achieving improved test accuracy. AB-1154 is an automatic operation type and can continuously test up to 54 test pieces.
