Lamborn Abrasion Tester

The AB-1150 lamborn abrasion tester is designed to perform improved lamborn wear tests and is suitable for treating the abrasion resistance of vulcanized rubbers and thermoplastic rubbers.

This device controls the speed of the test sample disc and test stone, and reassesses the actual wear situation of the test product.

The Lamborn abrasion tester AB-1150 is an advanced device for testing the abrasion resistance of rubber materials such as tires, belts, and shoe soles. This device tested lamborn wear tested with JIS K 6264-1:2005 and JIS K 6264-2:2005 standards. The test is measured by pressing the circumference of a disc-shaped sample against the polished stone with a constant load. The sample and stone measurements are moderately controlled by servo motors to simulate actual wear conditions with high accuracy.

The main features are as follows:

• Adjustable slip rate and load settings to simulate various usage conditions.
• Accurate and stable load control with load cells and air purification.
• Continuous monitoring of test conditions via a torque meter on the sample shaft.
• Data export function for later analysis of test data on a PC.
