A dual refrigeration method with abundant experience and achievements in material testing machines was adopted, and -70°C was achieved. An all-in-one type with a compact layout and built-in pump. Just connect the power supply (AC200V), cooling water, and brine for immediate operation.
Summary
This unit is a refrigerator that uses a heat carrier with excellent fluidity at an ultra-low temperature as brine. It is a refrigerator that cools brine to a set temperature and circulates liquid through the target part to be cooled with an ultra-low temperature compatible pump to lower the temperature. The compact layout allows immediate operation with only power, cooling water, and brine connections. A hot gas proportional control system using an electronic expansion valve was adopted for temperature control, and heaterless temperature control was realized.
